Perfect location and great base to explore

Just back from a 6 day break Stayed in port pollensa several times now and have found this perfect in location cleanliness staff and comfort My husband was cycling whilst I relaxed around the pool everything was spotless and the staff were fantastic We have stayed in several places but will definitely be returning here

Great apartment

We stayed at the Flora apartments for the last week in September. The apartment, while not luxurious, is comfortable and clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need.. It was spotlessly clean, thanks to Nuria the lovely cleaner, beds were comfortable.and towels were changed frequently. We didnt use the pool or the bar/ restuarant so can't comment on these. The staff were all great very friendly, helpful and obliging, particularly Joanna one of the reception staff. It's a very central location, handy for the beach and bus station and there are lots of restaurants within 5- 10 mins walk. I would certainly recommend Flora and would stay there again if I return to Porto Pollensa .

Disappointed

This was our fourth stay at the Flora with the previous three being very good, however this time we were left disappointed. Puerto Pollenca is a beautiful place which We would recommend to anyone. The friendliness and care of the reception and bar staff was still exceptional but the ambiance of the hotel and level of accommodation cleanliness has dropped considerably. There was always a great atmosphere around the pool with low level music playing and daytime activities, these were sadly missing. The rooms and stairs leading to them have always been kept very clean however on this trip our room floor was not swept once during our entire 7 day stay. The beds were made regularly but poorly with the top cover just being pulled over with the sheets below being left crumpled up. All in all an enjoyable stay but not sure if we will be back.
