I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and my boyfriend in one of their one bedroomed suites during UK Oct half term. We booked it via Jet2holidays. First the positives: Great location, with the beach just 2 minutes away and lots of convenience shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. We were offered the upgrade from self catering to all inclusive at check in and thought the food was good in general with lots of options for all. The only let down was no hot drinks available at lunch and dinner. Good entertainment in the evenings. The negatives: We felt that the extra 46 Euro hotel tax on arrival was a hidden and unexpected cost. The suites are advertised as one bedroomed suites but they aren’t really in my view as the main bedroom is separated from the living area by some wooden cupboards with an opening at the bottom so zero sound proofing which caused a few issues. Also the bathroom hasn’t got a proper door - just a glass one which can’t be locked so zero privacy really which again caused a few issues. The suites are advertised as self catering but we felt we had no option but to upgrade as the room wasn’t really sufficiently equipped for self catering. By this l mean it had a very small hob with 2 little hot plates, no oven and only 2 pans. Cooking for 3 for a whole week would have been tricky in my view. The layout of the suites was rather weird and not what we expected - the front door leads straight into the bedroom which in itself is a very small room. The bedroom doesn’t have a double bed but 2 singles joined together which made sleeping for 2 that like to cuddle rather uncomfortable. There was a noisy dog that barked all day and night somewhere in the near vicinity. We were on the 4th floor and our sleep was disturbed every single day by the cleaners who started pushing their trolleys around making so much noise from about 4am every morning. Not really sure why they had to start so early given that most guests would have been asleep at this time in my view. They made no effort to be quiet. The sound proofing of the whole building is very poor so in addition to the noise by the cleaners we were also disturbed by other guests passing by and also at the pool. It’s possible that this only applied to our floor but our room wasn’t cleaned on some days and our bed linen wasn’t changed all week. On the days that the cleaners came in all they seemed to do was just make the bed and change the towels but made no effort to sweep or mop the floor or change the linen which was rather annoying especially after disturbing our sleep every morning! By the end of the holiday the floor was disgusting so l was glad to be leaving for that reason alone. The WiFi was rubbish for most of the week so had to resort to roaming. Do l rate this hotel 4 stars? No. Would l stay here again? Not sure.

Excellent family holiday

This hotel is by far one of the best we have visited as a family.. we are a family of 5 ( 2 teenagers and a 7 year old) and we all had a fabulous time. We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive. Every staff member always said good morning/good afternoon and couldn’t do more to make our stay perfect. The food was lovely and even the fussy eaters always managed to find something, as we were there for 10 nights it did get a bit repetitive but that was expected. The beach was right on our doorstep and our seaview room was just amazing to wake up to every morning. The only thing we would change is the temperature of the pool it was freezing and could only manage 10 minutes in before getting out although our 7 year old didn’t mind and was in most days of our holiday. Nighttime entertainment was good enough for us with a mini disco fist then either bingo or a singer on but again the staff made the nights fun and came and spoke to us every night after the kids disco. The little arcade was ok although our kids became addicted to winning the toys out of the machine. We are definitely coming back to this hotel but maybe a different time of year as a lot of the shops were closing as it was end of the season. We would definitely recommend for a lovely holiday .

A great hotel with fantastic staff.

What a great place to stay!, we’ve just returned from a week at the hotel and we’re very sad to have left. With all the extra hurdles in place to get away, I was quite apprehensive about if I had all the correct documents and tests etc, but it was totally worth it, from the moment you arrived the reception staff were amazing, we then had a suite which overlooked the pool and sea, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Our maid cleaned the room generally about 11am so we usually wasn’t there, on the odd occasion we had to nip to the room and they were cleaning, they were very friendly. I’ve probably put on loads of weight because of the restaurant. The staff again were amazing and had to put up with some proper awkward guests. You’re always greeted with a smile, and every meal had a huge varied selection that was different from the day before. The quality of the ingredients was good, and you never left hungry. My youngest daughter was really taken with the kids entertainment and loved the mini disco on an evening. Even though she only went to one activity during the day, they always knew her by name and she loved it. I know people on trip advisor complain about the all inclusive not being all inclusive, but to be fair it’s the law rather than hotels fault, you’re allowed 3 alcoholic drinks with meals, and that’s a choice of wines or beer, but then for any alcoholic drink at night in the bar if you’re all inclusive it’s only 1.20 euros, which if anyone can grumble at that there’s something wrong. You have a choice of pools at the hotel, at this time of year they were mainly empty (and freezing) but we still braved it a few times. The only pain which again is nothing to do with the hotel, is the wearing of face masks everywhere. Apart from when you’re eating (but you have to pop it on when you stand up to go for food/ drinks) you soon get used to it. I think reading some of the other comments on here , they seem a little unfair, people think by booking through a random agency they’re getting the same as someone paying more, then whinge when they don’t. If you pay a little more for a decent room, you won’t have a view of a car park, if all you want to do is get drunk by a bar for free on all inclusive, book a different country. But if you want a nice family holiday definitely book this place.
