We visited this hotel in mid-February. It was a beautifully well-maintained hotel. Very attractive. The rooms were very nice well appointed clean. The rooms had a nice balcony. We had a two-person room next to our daughter and her husband and our son in a three-person room. The breakfast was wonderful the front desk people were wonderful the location was fantastic. Should we ever visit Palma de Mallorca again, we would definitely stay there again. Nice rooftop views, breakfast area views beautiful as well.

Had a very good experience in this hotel, the rooms are nice and spotlessly clean and the staff is very nice. The only downside is there was something wrong with the door to my room, they were very difficult to open. It took all my strength to do it.

Hotel is lovely with great views over the harbour from the breakfast room on floor 5. Roof top pool was closed but it was December and not really a problem as a lovely small indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Romario is a great member of staff. He provided excellent customer service, friendly and always eager to help.
