Fabulous
Our week here was fantastic. Our first holiday abroad with our 2 and 5 year old and they were mesmerised by the pools and the children's entertainment in the evening. We arrived past midnight and it was no trouble taking us along to our apartment and offering us some food too, nice touch. Everything was clean and well kept. The pool across the road was always quiet and has a shallow kids bit too and we enjoyed an entire morning here with no one else around! Food was great for a 3 star, plenty kids choices at all meal times. Staff in the restaurant were AMAZING with our children and always had time for them.
Excellent family holiday
Fab resort spread over a huge area with many pools. Our 1bed apartment was overlooking the pool beside the restaurant. It was spacious but we hardly spent any time in the room. The entertainment team were excellent keeping the craic going in the pool every day with the fitness classes! We downloaded the theme tune when we got home! Evening entertainment was the usual, if you want broadway shows you aren't going to get them at a 3star hotel in Majorca. Its great to just sit outside at night in the heat, have a few drinks, watch the kids enjoying themselves and enjoying the company. There was plenty of sunbeds poolside, always free ones no matter what time of day. No idea what the nationalities are at the hotel, not sure why some reviewers feel the need to comment on nationalities as we are all there for the same reason,to relax and step away from our day to day lives. All the staff are lovely, always smiling. Alan was so nice to my nephew who has special needs. Bike hire was great and the walk to the strip was only 5mins. Local beach amazing to swim in. Food was lovely, plenty of choice and kept stocked up. We ate in the Italian onsite 2nights, buffet pasta and pizzas and very tasty. Kids loved the slushies and ice creams(proper ones too). We normally stay in H10 hotels so were pleasantly surprised at what this hotel had to offer. Self service wine and beer. Cava/beer/wine served in proper glasses at night. Football pitch for the older kids. More like a 4star resort. We travelled as 2 families, kids ranging from 10 to 15...all happy and we will be back!
Great last minute booking with tui
Photos looked great on tui website and it was a last minute bargain for a family get away. We certainly weren't disappointed. 1hr transfer from the airport and on the outskirts of the town which ment it was a peaceful holiday. The rooms are lovely and modern with alot of space for the 4 of us for the week. The beds.....oh gosh!! I've literally had to book in with a physio for my back for knotted muscles. I woke daily in terrible pain and numb hips from how firm the beds were, it was the only downfall for our stay!! We stayed half board, the breakfasts were amazing!!! Everything you could possibly think of. We all loved the pancakes with chocolate. Evening meal was abit hit and miss for us. Only water is served too. Cost us €5.10 for 2 tiny glasses of apple juice. Seems strange as you could use the drinks machines for breakfast but not evening meal?! The pools were cold, we only used the square one as it was outside our room and was quieter. Open 10-6pm daily. Floats, balls etc are allowed which was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrella's. The resort was always clean. The evening entertainment was good too. The staff opened the kitchen for our 6am pickup so that we could grab a drink and some pastries which was really nice of the hotel. Warning - take mosquito repellent!!!!! We weren't aware, having visited Ibiza back in April, thought we didn't require it. We were wrong! We bought repellant and cream from the local pharmacy for around €15 total which became a life saver.
