Great 5 * experience

We loved the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and the staff marked both with a cake and cava. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious. The outdoor pool was lovely - big and a nice setting. The location of the hotel is good, a peaceful part of the resort but a really short walk to the beach and resort bars etc. I recommend including spa access in your room rate, it is a great facility with indoor pool and a number of sensory rooms. A special mention to the lady on the reception of the spa. She was so friendly.

Definitely not a 5* hotel

Just arrived back from Ibiza the last time we visited was 13 years ago and we stayed at this hotel then. 13 years ago it was truly a 5* but now I would rate it as no more than a 3*. If you want water in the room €5.65 a bottle, no food or drink orders at the pool and the place looked tired. Broken marble, missing grout no toiletries in the bathroom. Staff did their best but it has the feel of a place that could close down very easily given the competition from new 5* hotels nearby.

Good but disappointing

I travelled here with my girlfriend back in early September for a week. The hotel itself was lovely and pool area was very nice as well as a great location with it being a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The rooms were a little dated and the shower was a bit dirty, also surprised that there was no water in the room which is strange for a 5*. The breakfast was very nice and the seating area is lovely however the restaurant is massively under staffed and we were stood waiting to be seated numerous times throughout the week and saw other guests having the same experience. For around the pool it would have been good to see someone walking around taking drinks orders as well as the drinks to be less expensive (€27 euros for a jug of sangria with very little alcohol in it).
