Excellently surrounded by a pine forest and next to the beach, the property offers comfortable accommodation for those looking for a more relaxing stay. The resort has been fully renovated and now you can find a more modern and updated rooms with air-conditioning, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom and a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. Apartments with kitchen. The resort is a step from the beach of Puerto de San Miguel , 20m from the beach. The bay has bright blue shallow waters, that are perfect for families with small children, you also can hire sun loungers and parasols and for the sports enthusiast there are different activities to join from canoas, paddlesurf, pedalo boats to banana boats.

We have just returned from a weeks family holiday here, ages range from 9 to 76, the hotel was lovely and the rooms were spotless , we were All inclusive and there was a great choice of food every day and the grill where the food was cooked in front of you was amazing !! Sven and Sebastian did a great job with the entertainment and the clown show was hilarious. There was not much open in the resort it self as we were the last week of the season but it was absolutely fine for us , we would definitely return

I have just come back from this hotel. We stayed self catering. Positives first. It’s a nice place, good for kids. Not far from the beach. Room a good size. Cleaned every day if you wanted. Good for all inclusive if you do not have fussy eaters. When we arrived the third bed was in the living area tucked between the sofa and the dining table. Now there are 3 of us self catering so how was I meant to used the third chair. I asked for the bed to be moved and was told it was not possible and when I asked if someone could clear the dust up from under the beds that my son had found they said they would have a look. When I got back to the room the bed had not been moved so I moved it my self and it fitted nicely against the wall so my son did not fall out of bed. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone choosing to go self catering. The kitchenette is very small and minimal pans and kitchen utensils. I know we came at the end of the season but I would still expect to be able to get essentials but the shops hardly stocked anything, no fresh vegetables, no frozen food, no fresh meat and I could not find any ice cream in any of the shops, luckily I bought some pasta from home as my son is gluten free so we mainly lived off pasta for a week as when we arrived we found out the shops did not open on a Sunday so paid to eat in the restaurant after some misinformed information and the food was poor. My son hardly ate anything as there was not really anything suitable for a child. No plain pizza. A pasta dish that I kept catching the end of. The reception staff were not the friendliest. I reported the kitchen cupboard door was hanging off one of its hinges and was never fixed and luckily did not break whilst we were there. The splash pool was good and fun for the children but the water was very cold. The sea was warmer so we ended up at the beach most days which was a shame. Whilst my children are small I don’t think I would comeback to this hotel unless the dining catered more for children that like plain things and dietary requirements.

End of season holiday arrived on Saturday Room wasn't ready had to wait but once in rooms cleanliness was spot on without fault the room tidy and quite Pools are cold children have struggled with this one refuses to go swim can't be helped one of thoose things Snack bar and Beers in full flow got burgers hotdogs and toasties chips salad Reastrant okish can get bisy and struggle for demand and seating had to wait on one occasion and wait for a cereal bowl for quite a while Food isn't great for choice with children in the restaurant at lunch and tea both kids and husband are struggling to find something they like other than pizza and chips there are such things as fish chicken in sauces and pork spanish design as expected but would be good if their was a smaller selection for kiddos and the hubby Kids club open and darts in afternoon kids disco but that is it no entertainment as of yet no real adult games either apart from kids club and disco no entertainment team around Irish bar next door closed Sunday have a sports bar up the road that is welcoming a fish restrant and a snack bar/ restaurant oppersite 3 or 4 survernior shops but you are out of the way from anything There's a train /bus for island tour for 20€ adults 10kids a good day out with a church visit and a beautiful beach stops for an hour at beach the returns to hotel we enjoyed it good to see island There's a small beach like 3 doors down from hotel Holiday is good for a last minute break but it's not my favourite and don't think we will return
