Excellent location, service and rooms!

Location was perfect if you’re wanting to explore the nightlife, and only a short taxi away from Ibiza Town / Old Ibiza and the airport. Pool was great- clean, comfy, bar had an awesome range and not badly priced. Rooms are big, two bathrooms, clean, and new towels daily. Wifi was great in most places within our room. Service and staff were awesome, very kind and approachable. Would 100% come and stay here again!

booked this and website doesn't give you much information about the hotel. room was spacious enough but very old and dirty and our room had mould as well. cleaner come everyday and at least you get a new towel everyday, but no new shampoo and they don't really clean, we had a stain for over a week on the kitchen table and with no sponges or wipes to clean it ourselves this was there all the time. the hotel is not very loud and 5 min walk from hi and ushuaia. there was one young dark hair receptionist during the day we asked him twice for some information about the hotel and we just got laughed at and got a rude answer. the night receptionist at the hotel were all lovely. you can only use the pool if you pay 12 euro per day per lounger included is a drink which is ridiculous.

My partner and I came to the cafe/restaurant at this hotel for a place to drink. When we arrived, i ordered 2 drinks at the bar and then paid for them there, as we only planned to have the drinks and then carry on down the playa den bossa strip. Halfway through our drinks we decided we wanted something to eat, so we ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. Food was nice, no complaints about the kitchen. Then we got to paying for the bill. The bill arrived, with the food we had ordered, but the drinks we had already paid for were also on the bill. I made a point of this to the waitress, who looked confused and didn’t seem to understand what I was saying despite her being the one i who served me the drinks when we first arrived. The waitress walked back over to the till and came back with the bill, but this time it was even more expensive?? I don’t know how on earth she managed to make it more expensive but i made another point of this and the fact i wanted to only pay for the food we had ordered, not the drinks we had already paid for. She huffs again and walks off and comes back with the bill at the original price, including the drinks we had already paid for. I make a point, again, for the third time, that we were not paying for the drinks for a second time. She says she knows this and that on the card machine it will only be for the food. I say okay and my partner, who is getting extremely anxious because of this whole thing, pays on contactless and we leave. When we have left my partner checked her bank account, and the full price of the food and drinks has been taken from her account. This restaurant lied and stole our money from us. I would like to point out that this was not a case of language barriers, the waitress and staff knew English perfectly well. Would not recommend this cafe/restaurant to anyone
