A good hotel, but a little bit tired

Just back from 5 days relaxing in the sun. This hotel was a good price, so i did not expect too much, but there is definitely room for improvement. Positives The room was a lovely size, very clean with Fridge and Free safe. Tv. The room was cleaned daily. The food in the buffet was generally very good but could on occasion be warmer. there were lots of choice. The entertainment was ok, but some people really enjoyed it so maybe it was just not my thing. Staff seemed nice, but there were a few that voiced that they were pleased it was the last week (properly don't want to hear this on your holiday) Bus regular took people to town, which we used Taxi to old town was 35E each way, so beware. Negatives The pool area was very tired and def needs a look over. The adult pool was shut, but they had just left it a complete mess, which you could see from the pool. The all-inclusive was a bit misleading as you did have to pay for 90% of cocktails and pizza and crepes were charged too. The grounds looked very tired too and could do with some more plants. The food was nice as I mentioned but the use of the room was manic, with tables with empty plates, kids running around and had to hunt to get some drinks ( I guess I am used to being served at the table) You could only change your towel every two days. when we arrived our room was not ready and when I asked if there was a room that we could change in, she directed us to a toilet (not really what I was expecting)

Great resort for a short break

We stayed for 4 nights during October half term, our party made up 6 adults and 6 pre teens. Beware if you are booking a promo room, these are in what looks like converted shower/storage building and do not have balconies. We were lucky as had a nice terrace but there was no patio doors and the windows were frosted so you couldn’t see out! The room in itself was comfortable and modern with fridge, TV and free safe The bonus about these rooms is they are close to the pools and restaurants so no need to use the buggy. Other members of our party had stayed 3 years ago and were disappointed that the pizzas and crepes were no longer part of the all inclusive package which was a great shame as this meant pizza was not included in the main buffer at all, which made things difficult with our girls as they couldn’t always find things they wanted at the buffet and an outdoor restaurant/snack facility serving pizza would have made things a lot easier and added to our holiday. The food is lovely with beautiful paella and seafood, but I do feel it’s more aimed at adults with no real considerations for the younger guests who sometimes prefer something a bit plainer like pizza (see comments above) The hotel is in a prime spot, just a few minutes from 2 lovely coves, 30 mins walk from San Antonio and 10 mins from the most gorgeous spot to watch the sunset at el Torre. The airport is also close by at around 20 mins in a taxi costing around 35 euro each way. I can also recommend a visit to Pikes Hotel which do amazing cocktails and is where they filmed Club Tropicana. This is only around 10 mins in a taxi. All in all this is a great resort for a short break but I’m not sure I’d stay longer than 1 week. If the daytime food was sorted I would definitely give it 5 stars

Perfect Hotel in Ibiza San Antonio bay views

It is a perfect hotel!! We will repeat as soon as possible. The place is magical the rooms and staff are so nice and we stayed 4 days they gave us the best room !!! Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. Un lugar idílico para desconectar en Ibiza.
