Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
What's the weather like in Puerto de la Cruz in January?
One of the Canary Islands’ original holiday destinations, Puerto de la Cruz sits on the northern coast of Tenerife. The city has a subtropical climate, with long hot summers and short, mild winters. Although January is the winter season in Puerto de la Cruz, you can still expect a good amount of warm and sunny weather. With only the odd short rain shower to worry about, the resort’s a great place to escape the chilly UK weather at this time of year.Averages
In January, the temperature in Puerto de la Cruz reaches an average high of 21ºC in the peak of the afternoon, perfect for sightseeing and exploring. At night, temperatures only dip to 16ºC, so it’s still pleasant for evenings out at the local bars and restaurants, although you might need a light jumper or cardigan. Less than 30mm of rain’s expected across nine wet days, so showers are light and short-lived. If you want to take a dip in the sea, it’s only a few degrees cooler in January compared to summer, at 20ºC.
