Great location, friendly and professional staff, unparalleled views of the bay, & convenient amenities within & around the hotel make the Hyatt Regency the place of choice!! I plan to come back when revisiting the Bay Area.

Great Hotel

I was at the hotel for five days, four of which were for a conference. The conference facilities were great and the staff was extremely helpful. Outside of the conference, I had meals at the hotel on two evenings. The food and drinks were good and the service was good as the dining area was quite crowded. Overall, I have no complaints. I would return to the Hyatt for business or pleasure. The hotel has a great location, friendly and attentive staff, and is perfect for business meetings and conferences.

Nice hotel but not worth the money

The hotel has a nice location, and is not bad, but the facilitires are outdated and overpriced. Aircoditioing, for example, is quite loud and has to be turned off at night. Which results in a too cold or too warm room as windows cannot be opened. The floor was also quite cold and there were no slippers provided. Additionally, there is a lot of noise from outside and from loud music in the hotel. I would say it is a 3 stars location, would never give it 4 stars.
