The location is wonderful. We book a one night stay for a quick visit to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable-exactly what we expected. However, there was scheduled maintenance to the exterior of the building and rendered our balcony unusable. This wasn't communicated to us prior to our arrival. Also, our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:00pm. The staff offered us vouchers to the restaurant, which was appreciated. Overall, the accommodations were wonderful and we'd certainly stay there again. We'll just be more diligent on the front end to have proper expectations.
