Great service all around, very well situated and very helpful staff. Especially great service with the assistance they gave us with the return of the wedding band my husband forgot at the hotel. Very prompt response and very helpful with the return. We would highly recommend and would return if we are to go back to NY. Thanks !!!

Great service from the Door men, the hospitality ambassador, even the room maids. The attached restaurants and bar was very convenient. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony that overlooked Broadway....nice touch.

Great Location. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room could do with a refurbishment looked a little tired ( it was a Classic King) but it was clean and the bed was comfortable, we slept well so not really a major issue for us. We loved the vouchers for a grab and go breakfast, we took up the option of using the little place on the corner just a few minutes walk away, it was super! We also loved the Rum House Bar and recommend visiting the cocktails and staff are amazing!! The welcome drink on Friday evening for guests in the lobby was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
