Built in 1923, this 3 star hotel retains original 1920s Art Deco features. The location couldn’t be more convenient - just 0.2 miles from the bright lights and glamour of Times Square. You’ll also find numerous Metro stations a short stroll from The Belvedere, giving access to a total of sixteen different lines. This makes getting around the Big Apple a breeze.
As well as benefiting from WiFi, satellite TV and a combined bath and shower, your room will include a fridge and microwave. Premium options have individual climate control, marble bathrooms, plus your choice of a queen or king size bed. The hotel also offers room service, laundry and dry cleaning. And, if you don’t get enough of a workout by walking around New York City, there’s a fitness centre.
The Brazilian-themed Churrascaria Plataforma restaurant is open both to guests of the hotel and the general public. The lengthy opening hours means a late lunch or early dinner is possible - ideal if you’re feeling a bit jet-lagged. They’ll cook your steak exactly how you want it, whether that’s thinly carved, parmesan crusted or covered in bacon. If you’ve worked up a big appetite you may opt for the unlimited lunch. There’s also pork, chicken and lamb, plus a small number of non-meat dishes. But fear not if you’re a vegetarian, as the dining options nearby are plentiful. The range of desserts is just as good. Choose from NY cheesecake, passion fruit mousse and a cake selection including espresso chocolate and pistachio ricotta.
World-famous shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance from The Belvedere. These include Macy’s, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood and M&M’s World. If you love museums there’s a wide variety on offer, whether you want to learn about modern art, the railways, Japan, dogs or even spying. There’s no shortage of things to do in the evenings, thanks to Broadway having one of the highest concentrations of theatres in the world. And if that wasn’t enough Central Park, the Empire State Building, Madame Tussauds, the Rockefeller Centre and Grand Central station are all less than 1 mile away. Just be sure to book a long enough stay to fit everything in!

Great Value and Location.
Great value for location and convenience. Spacious two bed room with far end location away from noise and distractions. Excellent remodeling job for an older hotel. Would highly recommend for theatre goers and times square activities.
Beautiful nostalgic hotel with very affordable rates
Excellent clean rooms, spacious, and wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 days and were very happy with tye rates and overall experience. Fantastic location, we will be staying at the Belvedere again!; wonderful restaurant on the premises and a lovely old school New York ambience.I’m passionate about New York City and the right hotel does make a difference. Much love from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Average hotel
This hotel was good but average. I didn’t enjoy waiting for elevators. the rooms were good but I didn’t find the beds comfortable. I don’t recommend staying on any of the lower floors. I didn’t enjoy looking out the window which is something I like to do because the view was horrible. I hated how the rooms didn’t have a fridge. Besides the chiller was fairly hard to open. That annoyed me very much
