I requested a room upgrade and they gave me two king sized beds on the top floor overlooking the city. The room was very spacious! The biggest hotel room I’ve ever had in NYC. The front desk was very pleasant too. The lobby also has free water with fruits all day. The hotel is nice and conveniently located right across Penn Station. I will definitely stay here again.

Fairly typical mid level international chain hotel with all of the usual features and amenities. Great location, modern decor both within the rooms and public areas, complimentary breakfast (which can get very crowded), seasonal roof top bar.
