Sleep Quality

Convenient, clean and classy

Our room was beautifully updated and very comfortable. The best part of staying on property is the ease of park access with early hours and Disney transportation between parks and hotels. The time and money saved by not hassling with rental cars, parking, traffic, etc, more than offsets the higher room rate than staying off campus. Riding the Skyliner to Hollywood and Epcot was a fun ride in and of itself! The outdoor decor was charming and the pools were nice and clean. We’ve stayed at the Coronado before, and this was a bit more basic, but not significantly so. We were in the parks from open to close, so paying more for a higher amenity level at another Disney property would have been a waste. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and most of all convenient place to stay while at Disney World,I’d recommend the Pop Century hands down!

We Have Stayed here twice and would Stay over and over

We have stayed here twice, both in a pool view (hippy dippy) and building 7. We loved the accommodations, they're simple, but nice. You can request a microwave. They have good food and a nice shop. They are also now close to the skyliner, which is awesome.

Nice stay on Disney property

I had two nights at the Pop Century Resort and two nights at the All Star Movies resort. My room was basically identical across both resorts, and the resorts are generally very similar in most regards, so this review is for both. At Pop Century, my room at Building 8 was located very far from the reception area. I think it took me probably 6-7 minutes to walk at a brisk pace from my room to the reception area, where the food court and main pool and such is located. The room was clean and had the expected amenities of a mid-range hotel. There is a fridge for your own stuff, a large TV and a decent enough bathroom. Not luxurious by any means, but it does the job. My room was a pretty decent size and very nice and clean, although there was no housekeeping during my stay. There was no view from my room - except of a parking lot. The room rate was about $200 per night, so not too unreasonable. I enjoyed the hotel grounds overall. Fun decor with different characters from pop culture and very family friendly. The Pop Century also has the added perk of access to the Skyliner, for transportation to Epcot for example. Otherwise, somewhat frequent shuttle bus access was also available from the resort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay :)
