This hotel was surprisingly nice. I was worried that because it was a value resort our experience would suffer but that wasn't the case. The standard room was a little small, but it was very clean. The pools were nice as well. Most of the dinning at Disney requires you to do a mobile order now, the same goes for this property. I would recommend this property to family.

Customer service desk was not helpful

Customer service is really mediocre especially the front desk crew. I would highly recommend retraining the crew to maintain the Disney experience that people expect. One encounter we had with Zach at the front desk. I went to him twice early morning asking about transportation to the lagoon park as it wasn’t yet appearing on the app. He said the park opens at 10am and we have to wait until 10am to be able to see the transportation times similar to the other park. “The other 4 parks time appears 1 hour before they open” but that was his dismissive response. We waited until 10:15am and still nothing. I went back to the front desk and he is still the one who answered my question “oh the park just opened and the transportation will be up soon” !!! Another dismissive response. We went to the line and waited .. waited .. frustrated .. then another young couple advised us correctly this time. They told us that no transports to lagoon from the resort. We have to go to Disney spring first then transfer to the lagoon. It seems that everyone knew this already. You would assume when first time like us go the customer service would guide them better since it is a common knowledge !!

Horrible customer service

My wife and I booked a room in Disney movie resorts ( with our twin 6 year old daughters). One of my daughters fell in the pool area and had a pretty bad cut. I went to the front desk, the short young lady with glasses, at the front desk told me I had to wait on line behind the 14 people checking into the hotel. I explained to her that I just need a band aid, and she dismissed me ( like I was bothering her), I went to another person at the front desk, he also had a bit of a dismissive reaction. Then I asked where can I buy first aid kit, he pointed directly to the shop in the lobby. UNREAL The lady in the shop gifted me the kit, and apologized for her co workers. Pray for us, this is in the first 2 hours of check in. I will edit with names, when I get them.
