Worst place I ever stayed at. Was there for 5 nights, they never cleaned the room, never brought new towels, the walls are so thin you hear the person talking in the next room, You can hear the buses and trucks go by. There are dents on the doors, paint is coming of walls in places, furniture is torn, bath room fixtures were crocked and dirty If you stay here you will surely regret it.

Not worth the price

I booked this hotel after after staying at the WestInn for a work event. I decided to bring my kids (5&9) to enjoy the rest of the week by the river. I booked through Hooper and it was really easy to book, I had no problems at all and we were really excited to check in. The front desk staff and valet staff were young but very friendly. After we checked in we took the elevator and walked into our room, there was a funky smell in the room as if someone had been smoking but no big deal, we opened up the sliding door and turned on the fan. Then I walked into the bathroom and there was a big poop stain outside the toilet bowl, it was disgusting! The bathroom counters were dirty, and the room night stands had not been wiped. We were starving so as we went downstairs I requested for either a new room or a clean up. They were booked so unable to accommodate another room. We had to request extra sheets for the pullout bed and they were stained! The mattress was also stained and it had an awful smell. I usually don’t write reviews but for the price this was not worth it. They charged us a “resort” fee and this is far from a resort style hotel. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, I had to request for fresh towels because there weren’t enough to begin with. I don’t mind staying at an older hotel but a dirty hotel it’s a different thing. Never coming back, stay away!

Perfect location and comfortable rooms!

Absolutely loved Hotel Tampa Riverwalk! It's in such a convenient location to everything downtown. Walking the riverwalk in the morning was a treat, and the pool area is perfect for a relaxing day. They also have weekend pool parties with a live DJ and delicious drinks. Will definitely be back!
