beware they extra money for deposit without telling you

Very disappointed with hotel. Checked in didn't find the receptionist the most friendly. Didn't understand the $10 cards which I felt wasn't explained properly. Then my room was so long from the reception but after a few days found a shortcut which I thought why didn't the person on the desk explain that to me while I HAD two heavy suitcases and just came from 10 hour flight. Then after the night I looked at the bank account to find that they had taken another $110 out of my account. I phone the reception and again found the person on the other line rude and not helpful. After going to main desk they ensure that it was mistake and to their credit after the final bill they only took there resort fee. But had money earmarked for my trip and annoyed that the hotel took more. The room was okay large and spacious but the balcony didn't open . If I was to visit the Orlando area again I wouldn't stay here.

LOST car Keys Jhonny Help me find them

I stayed here for spring break with my family. On the second day we went to the Starbucks to have breakfast after eating we went to the room to get our stuff to go out and when I realized I was missing my car keys. I went to front desk to see if they had the keys and they didn't have them. As I was walking away I see a gentleman walking by and that person said good morning, how are you very cordially. I immediately asked him are you from security? and he said no ma'am, i am from engineering but how can i help you? i then advised him I had lost my car keys, he then told me to wait in the lobby and asked me for my room number, he proceeded to say that he would help me find the keys. After around 15 minutes after, he came with my keys he had found them in Bistro under a cabinet. I was very grateful with JHONNY GONZALEZ for going out of his way to help me and finding my car keys. I was amazed with his good attitude and his passion for his work.

Don’t stay here if you are trying to get some sleep. They encourage kids to play outside all night.

Not recommended for anyone that is trying to get sleep. It’s currently 11:15 at night and the hotel is still playing music and kids are screaming in the courtyard. It’s extremely loud and not restful. I will most definitely not be returning.
