Hotel stay was very disappointing. As a diamond member, it was not the usual standard. Construction going on but the elevator was broken on & off for four days . Pool was total dirty with green algae. On the 4th day they came & refreshed our room & emptied the trash . Window was so filthy to look out . I will so the beds were very comfortable.

Construction, noisy, dirty, over priced, window block view by the construction. I go to many Hilton hotels and their group, because I am a diamond member. I have no plans to return to this Hampton Inn, Winter Haven.

Clean hotel, not so friendly front desk, front desk looked tired and ready to go

At least offer your diamond members water or an upgrade but water at the least the room was pretty emaculate, clean bathroom the room was ok standard queen Hampton inn room thr location is great especially for food and Legoland but front desk needs a little more training, you should greet a guest before they greet you
