Needs updating and stop charging resort fee

The staff were very nice upon check in. But when I got to the room I was highly disappointed. My room was out of date. The furniture is worn and there is a big hole in the carpet. In addition to the hotel room rate there is a $34/night resort charge and $22/night for parking. With all the additional charges I could have stayed down the street at a much nicer place.

Overall okay. It’s convenient but leaves a lot to be desired. It was the least expensive option available. Wasn’t the Hilton but also wasn’t the Motor Inn. I walked to Disney Springs which was nice. Staff is pleasant. Complaints and concerns were answered promptly. Could do better in appearance and aesthetics. Also if there’s standard maintenance I.e shutting down the electricity for a period of time, that should be brought to the clients attention so we can decide whether we need to select an alternative resort. I had 2 hairs in my bed and 1 in the shower and splashes of something on the side of the night stand. Didn’t say anything cause I was exhausted and only staying for one night. It wouldn’t be my first or second choice if I need to book lodging in the area in the future.

A very good hotel. The room are large and offer all the conveniance awaited (television, fridge and chest). There is also a swiming pool, a restaurant, a bar and an atm machine. The hotel is really near to Disney springs so you can easily go shopping. And the staff is very profesional, each time I have come to them they were really helpful. Like the hotel is a Disney official partner you can benefit earky access to the 4 Disney park ! And the hotel have free shuttle to the four of them, they run every hour, you just have to make reservation under 48 hours to acces them. Which make Wyndham garden a great ,and affordable, rest's location to your journey to Disney Wolrd. The only negative thing is the lack of shuttle to the airport (you can use Mearsconnect for that). Truly the best hotel I've ever been since I started traveling on my own.
