Great Family Stay Right at WDW Entrance
We stayed with our granddaughter while visiting WDW Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld over Easter weekend and it more than exceeded expectations. Great location, large extremely clean room with comfy beds, perfect kitchen accomodations, large closet storage accessable from two sides of the room and a good sized table for eating and the homework our girl brought with. The property shares a large multi-depth pool and poolside restaurant/bar with it's sister hotel Springhill Suites. There's ping-pong available poolside as well. Free breakfast is pretty comprehensive and always busy so go early. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to WDW and SeaWorld are available for a small fee and I highly recommend since it was cheaper than the parking fees and no long walk out to your spot. The room rates are super reasonable considering everything you get and I absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bad Service, Dirty and Outdated....wrote 2 emails about our experience to Marriott and no response!!
We stayed at the Townplace Suites @ Flamingo Crossings, Winter Garden, Florida on December 15th - 18th and were definitely NOT pleased at all with our 3-night stay. We have stayed at numerous of your Marriott properties, but this was the worst as far as service, appearance and cleanliness. We arrived on December 15th in the evening and noticed there were only 2 bath towels and no sleeper sofa sheets...just a blanket that was dirty. I went down to ask the individual that was working and he said that he would call housekeeping, I told him we were leaving for dinner and we would come back to the front desk when we got back to pick up the towels and bedding. Two hours later we arrived back from dinner to pick up the missing items and he apparently never called. We were tired and it was late and just wanted to get to bed. It took a while just to get these items and we were annoyed that he didn't initially call for these items. That night I used the air dryer which was SOO loud.... the next day I called the front desk for another one. They said they would bring one up...20 minutes goes by and they brought another one up and that didn't work, not sure why Housekeeping didn't make sure it worked before giving it to me, so I had to call AGAIN and wait another 10 minutes and thankfully that one worked. When we arrived on December 15th the lamp shade by the sleeper sofa was broken and just hanging there, the baseboards in the bathroom need to be replaced as they look horrible. Also, in the bathroom the ceilings need to be repainted, by the sprinkler as its rusting. The heating register was filled with dirt and it was so gross!! When I go to a hotel, I don't want to be spending my precious time calling the front desk for missing items or waiting around for the staff to bring our stuff. It was such an inconvenience along with being very dirty. My husband, daughter, son and I were appalled by the service, appearance and cleanliness of this property. I hope something is done to keep our business with Marriott Properties.
