Great hotel

Amazing experience at Andaz West Hollywood. We were checked in by Dior, who was extremely helpful and answered of our questions. She even brought our luggage to our room just so we didn’t have to worry about it . Dior is definitely a great hostess and we received a very warm welcome. Very nice, clean, modern, boutique style hotel. Highly recommend.

Not worth it for the money

This hotel has a great location but for the price you pay it is not worth what you get. You're paying for premium but getting just OK. We paid for a room facing the Sunset Strip only to be told those rooms weren't available and we were put on the opposite side directly next to the elevator. Pretty noisy. Also took over an hour to get our car out of valet. They did give us a free breakfast coupon for moving our room but it was a marginal meal at best.

So as I entered building was greeted by Dior , she was not only so very helpful but went out of her way to make sure my stay was perfect . Dior and your property made my stay in l LA.The property did not disappoint and room was great , clean as well as centrally located . If u visit Andaz Sunset be sure to see Dior , as she was so helpful.
