Significant Maintenance Issues

For a four night stay, our toilet broke and wouldn’t flush FOUR separate times. Four times we had to call maintenance. When we checked in there were no towels in our room. Staff is friendly but service requests go unanswered. Agree that the rooms look a little run down as others have said. The pros are the food was good and staff nice and friendly.

Beautiful night time views

Beautiful views and average hotel room. The rooms were a little rundown and there are no elevators and if you have a room in the back, it’s a 10 minute walk to the lobby. However, you can call for a golf cart to come and pick you up. We ate at the restaurant one time because the service was so bad. The waiter. Admittedly, forgot about us. Safe travels, my friends!

Glorified motel

For some context, this hotel has a relatively large footprint. I was staying in building 2100 which was about .25 miles from the front desk according to Google Maps. 1. The room was decrepit. The carpet looked like it was older than me, the shower curtain had some brown stains on it, and the bathroom light went out halfway through my stay. 2. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the neighbor's conversations and when she was brushing her teeth. It was loud enough that when she first came in, I got up to make sure no one had entered my room. 3. The phone did not work. I tried to order room service but the dining button went to the golf/tennis department and the room service button went nowhere. The concierge button worked but I was put on hold for long enough that I finally just ordered from door dash and asked my driver to have the concierge bring my food to me. The hotel wouldn't allow that so I had to walk a quarter mile to the front desk to pick up my dinner. The next morning, it was pouring rain. I tried calling the concierge to get a golf cart to pick me up, but no one answered. A maintenance guy took pity on me walking through the rain with my luggage and picked me up. 4. They charged me twice. Horrible experience. This is a glorified motel and I am embarrassed that I paid to stay here at all and absolutely livid that I've been charged 2x. I've stayed in hostels, really bad AirBnBs, and 1-star motels and this was absolutely my worst experience.
