TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE - DON'T BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL

I was trying. to book a room over the phone. They have no sense of client service, not helpful at all and RUDE. I can't imagine how staying at this hotel would be. There are much better hotels in Tunisia and Sousse but definitely avoid this one. TERRIBLE HOTEL

Fab hotel

I've been spending this week at the hotel and I have to say it has good basic facilities, but for me the best bit is the outside space. They have a fantastic clean pool, great waiters and bar staff and a brilliant animation team. Mario in particular has made us laugh so much and got us fit with his aqua aerobics routine and taught us salsa. We are really impressed!

The hotel was closed room very good the staff are so friendly food is OK swimming pool lovely life guard are always there ...the bar is good with lovely cocktails ...thanks for the animation team they make very hard work thanks for the leader mido you are the best ☺
