Unforgettable holidays
Amazing holidays, nice restaurant, room is spacious, thank you vipo for the good memories the beach is close and so many things to do all the staff are friendly amazing service I recommend you to pay this hotel a visit
Fantastic time
You really can’t complain about this hotel Firstly it is beautiful. It’s huge It has undiscovered rooms you’ll probably not see It’s a palace The rooms are good, spacious enough, nothing spectacular but very adequate The food. Well it’s all inclusive so you help yourself Now the problem with this is that psychologically you want to have a bit of everything It doesn’t work Stay simple A great salad Some bar b Q chicken and fresh French stick style bread with amazing butter I loved the food but I kept it simple Soup and salad were sufficient They always have fries and they’re nice. Crisp and hot. Dip into mayonnaise and you’re in heaven Don’t try to eat everything on show Just keep it simple to the food you love and you’ll be laughing I couldn’t eat 3 meals a day at that level And it’s not what I came to Tunisia for The weather was amazing The indoor pool, sometimes crowded sometimes empty… choose your times,… is very very warm Lovely The outside pool is gorgeous and huge. This hotel is really get on the beach seriously. Right on it And the sea is clear and wonderful. You’ll love the position The entertainment is daily. Maybe not your favourite all the time but they’re catering to so many countries The Tunisian people. Exceptional I think they may be used to loud drinking tourists so they mind their own business but I said hello to everyone and was taken under their wing These people are just lovely. Remember it’s a Muslim country and they don’t drink . Be respectful of that They have amazing sense of humour if you care to communicate. If you don’t they’ll leave you alone On Fridays there’s a crazily big market/ souk just down the road. Go onto the road and a taxi will pull up within minutes. It’s generally 5dina to medina please pay at leat 10dina. It’s only fair as that’s just £3 Street food, herbs, spices/ loads of second hand goods. It could take you hours to look around. But this is a taste of North Africa, a taste of Tunisia. It’s not a wealthy country but it’s a fiercely proud country With a people who really want to share their culture and show you their history The paintings on the walls of the hotel show some of that history I would imagine it’s a little crazy in peak times. But just work with it. The position, the pool, the sea and the staff are worth it Across the road are a few gift shops not expensive at all Then look for the quads. They’re amazing. Just take it steady. You’ll go for at least an hour on a track through rough ground and cactus then you’ll see the sea on the other side. So worth it Don’t take the mickey. Give them a tip. This is the best thing you’ll do. Take money to tip. No one asks for it but they’re on small wages. Give them a hand in this area. The elegance of this hotel combined with the patience and service of the staff will guarantee a great holiday. Don’t moan about things inconsequential. Just enjoy a different culture just enjoy Tunisia. My first time and I’ll certainly be back. Xx
