Perfect getaway for families and specially for couple

My wife and I had booked this holiday in Bel Azur Thalasso recommended by a Tunisian friend. We had an amazing 2 weeks celebrating second wedding anniversary, I couldn't ask for a better honeymoon destination or more beautiful experience. Friendly hotel staff , cleaners did amazing job and the room was spotless. Excellent bar , restaurant and reception staff. Buffets are good and enough choices. The can't resist to come again next year for our 3rd honeymoon anniversary. Thanks to all Nicholas & Chris

A resort situated in a beautiful bay … have beautiful views two infinity pools … food was good selection but not hot I explained to the chefs but to no avail …some of the staff not too friendly needs a good manager … rooms are not the best but ok with nice views .. bungalows look good … my opinion the hotel needs sorting out .. many cats sometimes eating everything

The worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. The room is dirty, old, beds are hard and basically smells on the floor. Staff are absolutely useless unless you want to pay them to do their basic job description like make a drink or wait a table. Rude staff also. The pictures are fake online, the food is disgusting and if you have allergies I won’t recommend to come here as they use the same serving utensils for multiple dishes across food groups so you don’t know what has touched what and the staff won’t help. The old man at the main bar discriminates and is useless. No beach towels, paid for all inclusive and the hotel doesn’t even have the facilities to provide the experience. Everything is an extra cost, the gym, indoor pool, some drinks. I cannot wait to go home. Nothing for kids also or the adults. They turn everything off at 12. Was downstairs watching the tv with a drink and without warning the man just turned off the tv. No daytime entertainment or even music. This place is obviously a corporate hotel but because they are on a beach, they catfish as a resort. I could go on but don’t have the energy due to lack of food. AVOID THIS PLACE
