This up-market hotel lies opposite Las Matas train station, close to ParqueEmpresarial de Las Rozas, the holiday centre of Heron City and the shopping centre Las Rozas Village and Factory. There is a stop for the public transport within walking distance. The fully air-conditioned building offers use of a cafe bar, a restaurant, and three conference rooms with a capacity of up to 150 persons. Those arriving by car may park free of charge in the garage. The spacious and comfortably appointed soundproofed rooms all come with an en suite bathroom, a lounge room, an office and a balcony. All rooms are well-equipped as standard. Stayed for 5 days in what i thought i would be a suitable hotel. Since arrival experienced issued with Wifi which make it extremely hard to work. Report the issue several times but staff didn´t seem to bother, on the 3rd day they offer me another room saying in that area it would be better, for my surprise the room they put me in was adapted for a disable person and to make it worst room next door extremely noisy and only stopped at 0:30. Only positive thing was the breakfast staff, they were friendly. Will never go back to this hotel and will not recommend, very poor for a 4 stars hotel.

Clean and cool

Stayed here for 5 nights in June-21 The hotel is kind of situated in the middle of nowhere, and the proximity to any resrtaurants or for example are limited. Although the rroms are cool with great AC, and the hotels own restaurant serves ok food. As its close to commuter trains going to central Madrid is pretty easy, and the taxis arent that expensive. Would defintly stay here again and its really recommended for those travelling in buissnes and have meeting in the Las Rozas are.

Great hotel but female staff with attitude issue

We went there tonstauly for 3 days. Great room, good facilities and great location. I suggest the hotel to have a transport tranfer to Las Matas train station and enough water for their guess to drink. The environment was good But the female staff was so rude and unaccommodative.
