Great hotel for families and adults also

I had a great time at the hotel. I stayed there with my sister and niece and we enjoyed a lot at the property. The room was clean and well maintained. The room attendants tidied every day and were helpful with any request. The staff were lovely, the animation was good (but I would add more activities), the food was also very nice but all buffet so lots of food got wasted. The problem was with the swimming pool. The hotel needs to manage better this as many tourists were queuing in the morning to leave the towels on the sunbeds and go away, so by 10.30 everything was taken but no people there. Also there is an adult pool on the toop floor with jacuzzis and excellent views of Salou and beyond

My score is 4.7 Amazing buffet with lot's of selection and very tasty food, restaurant was very busy but staff was working very hard to get everything for customers - thank you for it. Very nice 4 swimming pools with first aider watching people, amazing kids club and animation team Jordi, Eva, Javi - fantastic people, rooms are very clean, fresh and housekeeping mopping floor every day We will definitely come back! Bad things, Wifi is bad and signal in the hotel is very bad, waiter working on evenings from bar with tattoos on his hands avoid contact with customers for some reason, and guy working on the entrance is not helpful at all, we tried to ask him for something but he was not interested.

Great location, hotel spotless, rooms cleaned daily. We had the apartment room on a full board basis. Food always a good choice. Staff in the restaurant were great. Jesus was always so happy and friendly. Adult roof top pool was great. So close to Portaventura only around a 15 min walk or 10 euros in a taxi. Will def be back again.
