Too many saga clients. Worst breakfast ever. Badly needs refurb which I understand is underway. Location fantastic and gardens and pool area very nice. Plenty of nice places to eat all around and great for walking along promenade

A nice hotel,rooms are comfortable good choice of food but some of the evening food was only warm as opposed to hot.Rooms were cleaned to a good standard didn't stay in the hotel after evening meal because the entertainment was a bit dated.Hotel now closed for renovation.

Worst hotel we’ve stayed in

I do know that the hotel was closing for a very much needed refurbishment, it’s such a shame that nobody made us aware of this fact before we booked as it would have saved us from having a terrible holiday. This hotel should not have still been open especially under the guise of a four star establishment, which it certainly was not! The whole place was shabby, with missing or broken tiles on the steps, the lifts kept malfunctioning, the pool,only one of which was open, was filthy and the sunbeds grimy and dirty. Parts of the hotel were literally falling apart and a health hazard. Complaints fell on deaf ears and we got the impression that as they were closing nobody cared. This was our first trip to Spain and it has coloured our opinion now, which is a shame.
