My family stayed at the HTop Royal Sun for 10days all inclusive in August 2022. We shared a quadruple room which, although in need of an update, was very clean. It was cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. The location of this hotel could not be better. You are on the beach. The beach bar is located on the esplanade and although the food isn’t included the drinks are. We didn’t use this, but the hotel have an area on the beach where you can book a sun bed and umbrella at a discounted price. You need to book the night before I think. The pool isn’t enormous and can get busy but it was fine for us. I did my swimming in the sea! Sun beds are plentiful. The hotel also provide beach/pool towels for a deposit. We used this and changed them daily. We loved the food, particularly the tapas style One of us was vegetarian too and felt very well catered for. dishes meaning you could try lots of different Spanish dishes. There was plenty of variety and theme nights too. Some of our favourites were the tuna steaks, sirloin of beef, ribs and paella! All delicious. Plenty of fruit and salad and also a children’s food bar( which we didn’t need but looked perfect for their favourites). One of us was vegetarian too and felt very well catered for. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive to my daughter who has coeliac disease and has to have a very strict gluten free diet. They provided her with gluten free bread, cakes, cereal etc and advised her with the buffet( which was labelled for all allergens). There was also a wide selection of alternative milks. The restaurant staff worked very hard and were friendly and helpful. Thank you to Jamie and Maciej! We also got a packed lunch for our day trip to Barcelona( ordered the night before). As usual for all inclusive, drinks were served in plastic cups. We particularly liked the fact that they were recyclable. Return them to the bar and you get a clean one with your next drink. This prevented lots of plastic cups lying around. We found the drinks to be great- help yourself to beer , wine, sangria, soft drinks on tap and the bar for cocktails, spirits etc. My mother has accessibility difficulties but managed fine. On arrival there are steps at the front before you get to the lift!! Strange! However these can be avoided if you enter at the back of the hotel by the pool bar. The lifts get busy but we managed although had to wait at busier times. The hotel is situated close to shops including a big hyper market. The train station is a short walk away and we used this to get to Barcelona for a couple of day trips. It was very busy but worth it. We used the tourist-hop on/ hop off bus which was great especially if you find walking too far difficult. We loved this hotel so much that we have just booked to go again for this year!

We stayed here on a family holiday from 11th September 2022 to 18th September 2022. The staff are all very friendly, the rooms, yes they are dated but I didn't mind that as they were clean and comfortable. Food quality is good and they have a different theme of food every night. The only thing I would suggest is an earlier breakfast time of 7am rather than 8am. My husband and I are returning on 11th June to 18th June 2023 for our 5 year wedding anniversary

I’ve booked to come here next June 2023, after reading reviews I’m unsure what to do . I booked as was a great price for me and my 2 children for 10 nights .. arghhh ….. I prob can still change the hotel at this stage ?? Don’t want to sleep in a damp mouldy room
