Super nice hotel. Very clean and pretty hotel. Also the receptionist was so nice, and we would love to come back. Lovely location and view from the balcony nice breakfast and drinks. Little spa room, but all I need for a couple of hours. thank u so much for making our trip memorable

We visited this hotel as a couple and we booked for all inclusive. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. It is beach front and view of most rooms are nice. Things to consider: if you are over 60 this hotel is perfect for you. If you are a young couple looking for a nice holiday avoid this hotel. The wifi is very slow. There is no snack or anything to eat after 11pm (even a toast with butter). You can hardly see anyone around 10:30pm. you are not allowed to take food to the bar from the restaurant as we wanted to have some desert with the drinks. No entertainment at all at the morning or night. There was a live music one night but you are not allowed to dance because of their Covid policy. The spa is not a best one and the gym is poorly equipped. The food is good but there is not much selection but it's fine as we are not fussy eaters. The staff in reception were very friendly but some of the staff in restaurant were not. The service is fine but the price is too high considering quality of the service. We do not recommend this hotel to young people, and specially don't go for all inclusive.

Loved our stay at this place. Located pretty much on the beach, the beach is cleaned thoroughly every morning and is very pleasant to stay at. Food is great, plenty to choose from. Staff is very pleasant, not everyone speaks English, but they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with everything. Pool is nice, not too big, but still plenty of room to swim. There are sun beds and umbrellas at the beach for 3 EUR each, free of charge by the pool. Activities like yoga, bingo, quizzes, wine tasting for those who feel like it. The town of Santa Susanna is nothing much, but the neighbouring Malgrat de Mar, which is 20-25 minutes walk away, is very cute. It has a lovely park on a hill overlooking the town, some historical buildings and a Spar supermarket with reasonable prices.
