Nice hotel in a great location

We stayed at this hotel twice and are coming again in May. The staff was very helpful and attentive though there are sometimes queues of peple at the reception. We had a few issues to raise with the staff and they were resolved promptly and efficiently. They even changed our room twice at our request! We were on full board and there always was a choice of food to suit all the tastes though some may find that the food is predominately Spanis which was fine with us. A couple of things I didn't like was pizza, always the same and didn't taste nice and the icecream was only in plastic containers. It is quite far from the centre but the bus stop is right on the dooorsteps of the hotel and the bus runs evey hour, masks are required to wear. Besides it's only half an hour walk along the beautiful beach! I didn't notice that the hotel was tired but there was an upleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes perhaps and a smell of chemicals in corridors. Otherewise I would recommend styaing at this hotel.

It is extremely worn hotell. The outsidepaint is walking off the walls. The stairs, floors ++ is altso very worn. The public toilet by the reseption reeked of urin. The indoor pool ladder had come of its attchedment of the floor, it was a lot of rust there. The sun beds by the pool was worn with brown stains.. The same with the kiddypool, worn. I will not stay here again

Me and my girlfriend decided to do a last minute trip to this hotel as the price was quite cheap for what we paid. Couldn’t knock it really tbh had a really nice time. Rooms were cleaned everyday.. receptions were very helpful always ordering our taxis for us because we didn’t drive. The only downfall is the location it’s not really got much surrounding it. We went out for dinner everynight so had to get a taxi but then again to go to Guardamar town was only like €8 euros and to go La mata was like 10-15€ but the beach is amazing it’s literally 2 minute walk from the hotel. Little beach bar as well which serves cocktails and food during the day whilst playing music. Inside the hotel there’s an indoor pool and a little gym. The only other thing I’d mention would be that they could do with some music at the bar at night.. I’m trying to find faults but there wasn’t really anything Outside pool with a kids pool ..outside bar.. all you can eat buffets. Some English breakfast a lot of Spanish food. Everyone was friendly. They have some kind of shows at night time with a little stage. But we didn’t really see much as we was out most the night. 3 little souvenir shops inside the hotel so you can buy bits and bobs. Would defo stay again
