Lovely hotel

I'm an independent travel agent and I stayed here on 15-19 Aug. The room was lovely and clean with good air con. I would recommend that you ask for a room with a balcony. The food was great with lots of variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

stayed at this hotel at the end of February and the beginning of March , the room we had was like a dungeon . It was at the back of the hotel and was very dark, the room was 109 the extractor for the kitchen was out side our window it came on early in the morning went off after lunch then came back on at around 6.30 pm till late.it was so bad the window rattled ,we could not have the window open for fresh air.the food was ok and the staff very friendly.Nice rooftop pool .but i would rate this hotel as a 2 star because of the room we were in

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay at this little gem. Full of Spanish people and no drunken British clowns. Good location and lovely pool area on roof. The pool area doesn't have a bar so we used to take our drinks up which wasn't a problem. Rooms were clean and shower was powerful. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The only small gripe we had was that our room didn't have a balcony but hey we are in Benidorm so who wants to stay in the room?
