Luxmar apartments are located in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, a short walk from the beach and nearby many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a English movie theater.

Hotel facilities include outside pool with child pool, bar/snack bar, safe deposit box (extra charge), money exchange and parking (extra charge).

The apartments are equipped with central heating, kitchenette (stove, small oven, fridge, toaster), TV (extra charge) and balcony.

**For stays longer than 7 nights:

- Cleaning and sheet change; once a week.

- Towel change; every 4 days.



**A deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (Aprox. 50EUR x person), which will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.
