On a recent visit our group started arriving from 22/12/22 there was a total of eleven staying until 07/01/2023 the hotel is clean , Alexis is an excellent employee wasted at this hotel that's as good as its gets Hotel room was far too small for four people the beds are glorified camp beds with a spring-loaded pull out settee double bed you have just enough room to get passed the beds , you are given a kettle but that's it no cups not tea or coffee when we asked reception about this they said they wouldn't have even given us the kettle. Request an iron board you'll be told bring what you want to iron to reception and iron it there. Food was cold at breakfast and lunch, eggs, bacon beans at breakfast cold. Book all inclusive well beware apparently they have different levels and interpretations by staff lol, on requesting a pink gin and lemonade two members of the group who had taken the top package were told they still couldn't have this drink unless they paid the bar tender, coffee only available at breakfast not at lunch or after dinner unless you want to leave dinning Hall and pay the barman. This hotel we felt is geared towards Spanish only food quality poor unless you only like low end tradional spanish food with entertainment we agreed was all geared towards Spanish in total our group spent over £8k worst value for money break to benidorm in many years and none of us or other uk travellers we spoke to who were few by they way will return to this hotel. From UK ? Avoid this out of the way hotel there are many other choices sadly this has now after many many group visits to benidorm and our trafional Christmas and New year break there to be reassed and we will now actively look at other locations . Also beware of some establishments charging one price for local residents here and in La Cala one price and tourists another witnessed this with coffee and bottled water.

Booked a Christmas away at this hotel for a change to get away from the grey old UK. We were not disappointed. A friendly welcome, a lovely Christmas Eve party meal and entertainment. Then a nice quiet chilled week exploring Benidorm. A nice week spent away. Thank you.

Great hotel with great staff, the food was really nice and good size clean rooms.The hotel is within easy reach of Benidorm town only a 15 to 20 min walk down hill and around 7 euro taxi ride back. Hotel is primarily Spanish based but the staff speak great english
