The hotel was very clean and the facilities on offer were very good. We didn’t sample the buffet or the bar as it’s somewhat close to everything if you don’t mind walking so we went out most evenings and afternoons. The solarium is a very good space on the top but the key cards work for it intermittently. My only other criticism is the front of house staff will literally wander away whilst dealing with something. We were processing the payment for the rooms quite late on as we had just arrived and the person on the desk just walked away as some one asked them to order someone a taxi. Rather then telling the person to wait she actually did it meanwhile the card machine wasn’t working as it was very old and we’re wondering if it’s charged us but not taken the payment correctly which is just very poor service.

Very clean hotel with good air con in rooms, could do with improvement in communal areas. Squeaky beds that creak every time you move and wardrobe sticks, making getting clothes out difficult. Location is excellent, walking distance to a range of restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride to Benidorm strip. We found the pool situation bizzare, as you cannot enter the pool areas until 10:00am, however, maybe this is a cultural aspect as nobody seemed bothered and there wasn’t a storm to the sunbeds at 10. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely room very big room 618 large room and large balcony , we had bb and breakfast was very good and wide variety only one small moan is they could do with couple more toasters , the variety of pastries was second to none and the staff were very helpful and kind throughout the whole hotel
