This apartment complex, with a family and quiet atmosphere, has nine floors and a total of 27 one-bedroom apartments with capacity for up to 4 people, all of them with a terrace. It has 2 elevators and a reception area. In the careful exterior part of the building it has a terrace-garden to rest or sunbathe.



The apartments are all well equipped and have one double room and two singles sofa beds in the living room. It has a TV, separate kitchen with two stoves and the necessary utensils for your stay, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and washing machine. It also comes equipped with individual air conditioning and a terrace. Free air conditioning from June to September.



The complex has a swimming pool, with a children's section, on the well-kept outdoor terrace where you will find sunbeds and umbrellas to relax and sunbathe.
