Enjoyed a great week in old town Benidorm at Hotel Azul. It is ideally situated within a couple of minutes walk from the centre. The hotel offers great value for money with friendly staff, excellent food and service and generous all inclusive package. Look forward to next stay.

Great hotel, great location ( old town/beach) Friendly staff, clean rooms Modern throughout Welcoming Only two issues Glass partition between bedroom and bathroom As I was staying with two friends it could have been a bit awkward But as I had read the reviews I was prepared ( bin liners taped together and put up with suction hooks) problem solved! The other was Air con The hotel say they only put it on when the weather is really hot ( seems a bit of a trend these days with other hotels?) But they were very quick to bring a fan up Hopefully this won’t be a problem when we hopefully return in September Don’t want to end on a bad note though as we all throughly enjoyed our stay and the great thing was it was my friends birthday while we were there and without us mentioning it Carver and cake for her was brought to our room!!! Lovely gesture Look forward to our return

Lovely Hotel in Benidorm

Stayed here for a week with my two daughters, all inclusive and had a fantastic time. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and service. Food and drinks of a high standard and catered to British guests. Lots to do nearby and very accessible. Close to the old town and the beach -walking distance to most amenities. There was also an option to hire a mobility scooter direct at the hotel. Receptionists were exceptional, very attentive and keen to ensure we were all enjoying our stay. Bar, restaurant and cleaning staff were also very good. Bonus was that you could have bottles of cava when at the bar and branded drinks when all inclusive. Would definitely reconsider returning to this excellent hotel.
