Over night Xmas stay with family, arrived check in took ages as was only one girl on, room was ok I booked three deluxe ( not sure what was deluxe about them) but only one had water on the side last time I visited we got water and little sweets, I had mentioned it was my husbands bday but nothing was done! Bed extremely hard, room huge bathroom very nice, jacuzzi bath. Breakfast good value, but the scrambled egg was not looking inviting and the bacon needed to be more cooked and proper sausages would be better.

A lovely hotel in Alicante, close to everything, very clean spacious rooms, comfy bed, nice variety at breakfast, reception staff very welcoming and had a lovely treat of bubbly and chocolates compliment of the hotel. Can highly recommend this hotel

We stayed for four nights and overall were very satisfied. The location, while a little outside the central area, was fine and felt safe, with a decent supermarket opposite and in easy walking distance of the station, tram and seafront. The hotel was very clean throughout, our room was spacious, with a small (internal) balcony which was fine for sitting out, the bed was large and comfortable and showers, air conditioning etc all seemed to work very well. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable range of hot and cold foods, although the choice of cereals was limited and there were sometimes problems with the coffee machines and hot water. Overall though it seems a good hotel and we would happily stay again.
