We stayed one night and chose the romantic offer with breakfast and dinner. The room was very nice clean and tidy, good shower and good bed. On the roof there are sunbathing facilities and an elegant swimming pool. When we got to our room, a bottle of Cava on ice was waiting for us, which we enjoyed drinking out on the balcony. The four-course dinner was a very pleasant surprise for us, made from quality ingredients and presented elegantly. The staff welcomed us and the service was excellent in every way.

We’ve just returned from a four night stay at this hotel. I have to say I was really sad to leave, we absolutely loved it. we had a car which meant we were able to go to Alicante, Benidorm and other lovely places. However other guests said that the bus service was very good so there are options. The rooms are beautifully clean and modern as is the rest of the hotel. It actually felt quite luxurious and it was lovely coming downstairs in the morning and evening, to the view of the mountains. Staff are lovely and friendly , dining room is very comfortable and the food was good. There are lots of cafes and bars and shops in the square by the hotel. We found a really nice little coffee shop which did a delicious apple pie! A beautiful hotel offering extremely good value and well worth a try. I’ll certainly be back.

Good for airport

I'm trying to work out the target customers for this hotel due to its location. It's out of the town (Santa Pola), situated next to the N-332 (busy north-south coast road), and on the edge of a retail park. As a result it has no room for facilities (outdoor pool, tennis courts, etc.) although it's new so everything is up to date. Rooms have a large balcony which I guess would be nice in summer. That's about it. Even the bar is a solitary tap in the hotel lobby - no separate area. Breakfast was standard but no complaints. The retail park has various eating and drinking places - KFC, Burger King, other burger places, various bars - but I didn't find a real Spanish one. Quite a lot were closed as it was out of season. For those familiar with the UK I thought it was very like a Premier Inn or Travelodge and a 4* rating is misleading. I'm thinking it's really an airport hotel so not for a long stay.
