Fabulous hotel

What an absolutely fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived till when we left we couldn’t fault a thing. Every member of staff was very attentive, and clearly giving 110% effort to ensure our stay was the best. They made it a great atmosphere, always with smiles on their faces. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped with super comfortable beds. We were there for our good friends 50th and they even supplied a bottle of fix, chocolates and a card for this. Well done everyone at Kimpton De Witt- we will be returning

Nice Property, Well Located

We had a great stay here in Amsterdam for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable and well set up, if a bit small. The daily breakfast which was included in the room price was very good. We thought the location was excellent. The hotel is very close to the train station and there is a tram stop just outside. Many sights are within walking distance. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

Fantastic property

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by staff. Unfortunately, their were some road works going on out the front separate to the hotel but staff were very warm in the greeting. The check in was quick and the hotel could not offer an upgrade but explained they were at full occupancy. The room was nice, and it was clean. It was my first stay at the hotel, so I was so pleased the staff were so helpful it seemed like there was always someone to help. When I went down to the bar to get some drinks the lady who would be our breakfast waitress helped bring the drinks up. At dinner the food was just fantastic menu worked well and the style was very good. Breakfast was also very good and again staff were brilliant. The hotel is nice but nothing really special, but the staff were just so good. I stay an average of 250 nights a year in hotels all over the World and over the past 2 years the levels of service have been not great and, in some cases, just appalling. This property however was head and shoulders above. I also should add that despite it being very busy staff never hurried you this was such a change. I will definitely visit again.
