Perfect in every way

How would you describe perfect? This is it in every way you can think off. From the moment we arrived - until we left the service, people, food, accommodation were all faultless. Our room in the Manor House was spacious, super comfortable and had ever amenity required. Our room overlooked the Palm was spectacular. Zest was amazing, great shout here for Faye. Breakfast catered for everyone. The daily egg specials were superb. The evening menu was equally great with plenty of choices - even on a half board dine around. 101 - is absolutely beautiful. We have visited here numerous times prior to staying at this hotel - this is why we booked to stay here. Nothing more than WOW - Mohammed really knows how to treat his customers. Stay - we were blown away. We had the Experience menu. A definite must for everyone that loves fine dining. Looking forward to our return trip.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at The One & Only! We arrived at 3am in the morning and the Night Manager and team could not have been more charming or hospitable! We had a beautiful room looking onto the immaculate private beach, this and the pool area are truly stunning. All 3 restaurants are lovely and all the staff are amazing at breakfast, on the beach, in the gym, at dinner. We also had a charming host called Ian who went out of his way to arrange our dinner reservations and early (4am!) breakfast and bag pick up on departure. What a star. Special mention to Ashak at breakfast for looking after us and his bright smile each day, Saheen in the bar each night for his fun chatter, Ian on the beach with his treats each day, cold towels, drinks, fruit etc again with a smile every day. A true 5 star ⭐️ hotel which meets all your expectations and more, a beautiful hotel. We hope to return again very soon. A wonderful trip to Dubai!

If you are looking for luxury there is no better place than the One and Only the Palm. The staff at every level from the top to the man who cleans your sunglasses could not be more polite, helpful and pleasant. The food at all three restaurants is world-class, the pool and all amenities are second to none, including the spa area and gym facilities. A world class resort
