We actually came to this hotel by chance We were going to another hotel but had an issue with our booking so decided to go to mina seiyahe Beautiful hotel Super clean Staff are wonderful Room is a bit small Water park is fabulous the staff at the splash waterpark are amazing There was a very nice lady working on the top water slide the very high one on Friday 5 of august she had braded hair and she actually gave me her name it starts with R i think She is soooooooooo nice and she actually encouraged my daughter to go down the slide and helped her get over her fear Seriously thank you and hope i got your first letter right Breakfast was amazing I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun day Pools are amazing and clean Love it

Best Experience Ever

I would like to thank all the le merdien team for such an amazing experience. They made the stay as good as possible. I came here with kids and family and by far they exceeded all expectations. I would like to thank Prem for the exceptional service he has given and the extra help with helping with kids in n out of car as well as shopping. I would like PREM to get promoted as by far he deserves it. He has trully been really good and beyond expected. Also harjit and khalil have been exceptional too. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend hotel to friends and family. Thanks

One of the best vacation with the family at Le Meridian!

I typically do my background reading on places to eat and stay when we travel. After reading some negative reviews we thought to be on the safe side, just to stay 3 nights and the other nights at the Le Royal Meridien. In the end, we extended our stay for the week! The hotel is located next to two other major hotels W and Westin which falls under Marriott group. I really liked the set up they have; guest at the hotels have access to each other’s facilities and restaurants. Albeit we mostly dined at Westin, as as they had better restaurants (Bussola, Siu Miu, Baba). If you’re travelling with a family, I suggest paying in advance full/half board, as it is more value for money. Adults 120 pp lunch or dinner and complimentary for kids. The primary thing that stood out for us was the water park. Let me tell you, it was a lot of fun even for adults! There are pools and slides for all ages. The park is well maintained, cleaned regularly and safe. The only thing they could have provided more of is some shelter around the main arena (umbrellas) especially for 40C degrees days where it’s insanely hot to sit and rest. Second to the water park is the kids club. It was a great addition to have for parents needing a break and kids can still continue their fun and meet new friends. The clubs is suited to all ages and there are different daily activities throughout the day (10am-5pm). The additional highlight for us is the service provided at business lounge and having a great team of staff looking after us. Basanta, Sabiya, Syama, Anisha and Debasis deserves the accolades for great customer service and being very accomodating. We were super happy with the housekeeping, Dipak did a wonderful job. He ensured our water was fully replenished, cups are cleaned and bins cleared. And checked with us if needed anything else. The hotel is conveniently located and it’s about 1/2 hr taxi ride to airport, Dubai Mall, Lego/Motiongate park.
