I m here with my family ... staff is really nice.. food is amazing.. the only thing is the rooms are not upto the mark.. sockets are stuck with the help of paper tape.. cobwebs on the corner.. over the phones.. paints are falling off the walls.. floors are damn slippery! One really needs to be cautious.. when I asked the staff I got to know they r keeping one room at a time for renovation.. so my suggestion would be come when all the rooms get fully renovated... otherwise paying this much for such room experience is not worth it!!!

My stay at Novatel goa was absolutely fantastic. Room service was amazing and I would like to give a special mention to mandavi and susan very helpful girl and also did amazing towel sculptures. 10/10 would come back
