One of the best hotel I have ever stayed.

Our family stayed in the executive room (with loft) and my daughter love it so much. The bed is very big and comfortable. The heater worked very well. We also love the location of the hotel. Very close to train station, supermarket and restaurants.

Great location with affordable price

We had a pleasant two night stay over the weekend at Best Western Alba. The room had all necessities and was very spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. The bed was big and very comfortable - I slept well. Central location, the hotel was a short walk from the station and sits on a main shopping strip so it was easy access to food and shops. They allowed bag drop as we arrived at 12/1pm and check in was after 3pm. Front desk staff were friendly.

Old hotel and very rude person behind the reception desk

Very very rude person behind the reception desk, who didn’t assist with normal requests like an extra duvet or cover. Room and bed very worn, seems a from previous century, unable to open windows due to a strange curtain construction. Bathroom for one person only and shower very slippery. Positive aspects: good coffee machine and separate wc.
