Admittedly, we were not the easiest guests, first we had booked a double room, then a triple and finally two double rooms, because we became more and more. Then we had a special request regarding a parking space, because on the day of our departure the parking garage was partially closed. But the reception did their utmost to help us. However, I was a bit disappointed when I realized after my departure that I had forgotten my iPhone charging cable, wrote an email and never received a reply. The rooms are ok (ours smelled of stale smoke), a bit small and worn, but the location is perfect near the beach, old town and market. Unfortunately it was very noisy during our stay as there was music playing in a nearby restaurant and people discussing loudly on the street almost all night. We could hear them despite having the windows closed. However, the price-quality ratio was quite good. All in all: we will probably come again.

The hotel overall is exceptional for most. All of the staff were helpful and polite, our room was very comfortable and just what we needed. It's really well-located and ideal for anyone visiting the area

Nice location, great hotel! Very good breakfast. Highly recommend! Close to the beach. Massenna and Flower market! Also easy to get to both of Nice train stations! Right in the middle of old town of Nice.
