very modern design with friendly personnel and of course clean and to the point good size bath and rest room with professional chosen beddings and clean Coffee set in rooms are fabulous stuff are caring TV is very good size

HOTEL is GOOD but the area IS NOT SAFE !!

Well first of all the hotel was okay they people working at the reception was nice and helpful , but the are where the hotel located is not okay at all !! And not safe and thats the biggest problem i had while staying over there , in the morning yes you can go out and walk whatever were you are going but at night i don’t think you Wana try that just be careful if you are willing to stay in this hotel or this area

Best Hotel Experience Ever, Seriously

The hotel is located so close to the metro and a very short walk to a wonderful bustling area with lots of cafes and theaters (near St-Martin's Gate). The staff was super helpful at all time and we had lots of things that happened. They helped us when our luggage was lost and made sure it got to our room. The safe got stuck and they took care of it. They booked our taxi to the airport on our final day. Anything and everything was taken care of. The room was so clean and spacious and modern. We had two windows in our room and it was so nice to open them and get fresh air and see the view. The room was also cleaned everyday. The hotel was very safe. You had to use your key for the elevators to work and after 11pm you had to use your key to open the hotel door. We felt perfectly safe walking around the area at all times and did so everyday. It is a very lively area and I know that could turn some people off, but for us it was a positive. If you leave people alone, they will leave you alone. A mini market is just at the end of Rue de Nancy and a full supermarket it just about a block away.
