I had a great stay for a week, the hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. Next to the train station and everything within walking distance. I would love to come again and stay at the hotel.

I booked this hotel as I was waiting for my train to Montpellier. The train never arrived and I was advised that all trains were off due to strikes in France. This is well publicised but I wasn't aware as I had just walked 30 miles into France from Spain and reading the local news was the last thing on my mind. I contacted the hotel within 30 minutes of making the booking to advise them that there was no way I could make it as I was over 200 miles away with no other methods of travel. They said straight away that I would be charged even though the booking was made and I called straight away due to circumstances that were out of my control. The hotel didn't lose any money and they could have still sold it or even out the room back online. They have been absolutely unhelpful and blamed booking.com for taking my money even though I contacted them and they advised the decision was down to the hotel. They have refused to answer back to booking.com and they are no longer answering my emails. This company is a scam and they have zero empathy for the situation. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful, very spacious appartment on a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our airconditioning wasn’t working properly. When we informed the reception we immediately got an other and even beter appartment! There is a big parking on a five minute walking distance and Le Place Comedie is only a few blocks away.
