This resplendent and modern hotel lies close to the beach (approx. 10 m away) and offers a wonderful view of the golden beach, which extends down to the crystal clear waters. Shops, restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity (within 50 m) and the nearest nightclubs are 500 m from the hotel. In addition, stops for the public transport network lie around 300 m away and the bus station is around 1 km away from the hotel. Bourgas airport is located roughly 30 km away and Varna airport is around 100 km away.The air-conditioned beach hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a currency exchange desk. Guests are also offered a café, a bar, a small supermarket, a kiosk, a hairdresser and Internet access. There are children's highchairs available in the restaurant as well as a smoking area. In addition, room service and car parking is also available.The comfortable rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and satellite/ cable TV. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Clearly, the management has bought the hotels 4*. In reality, it can't score more than 2*. We got to the hotel and it was like welcome to 1990! This is not a 4-star SPA hotel. The room was falling to pieces - we had a fridge but no handle on it so it couldn't be opened! Perhaps there was a mini bar in there, but we didn't find it. The shower flooded. When we subsequently got staff to clean out the waste pipe the room then had been stinking of sewage for two days - not at all pleasant. The sockets were not correctly screwed to the walls and were dangerous to use. Both our backs were completely destroyed from the poor quality old beds and pillows. The hotel staff was completely uninterested. Our safe locked shut and the amount of times we had to ask reception to get it opened was unreal. Another couple we met in the hotel - their room’s roof had collapsed and had water running in- the staff, again, was not interested and it took some time for the hotel to agree to give them another room. The food was terrible. In the last few days (the end of the season), they cooked leftovers from breakfast and lunch and served them for dinner. There were no coffee available in the room, and we've been told we needed to bring teabags from the restaurant to our room by ourselves. Also, at the end of the holiday (end of the season in the hotel), there was significantly less food available; some serving stations were shut completely. The SPA, massage and beauty salon were closed during COVID (2 years ago) and never reopened. I wish the hotel stopped advertising it as the available facilities. They don't exist.

Ok but you will need to cope with negatives

We went on early July for 2 weeks . Pool great, great location, beach across the promenade , bars great.weather great . got good deal under 1400 for 2 weeks for 2 Food basic and tasteless and Luke warm Receptionist blonde great brunette worst ever Entertainment team friends and great fun lack of space around pool was very challenging and beds saved and then they were not on them for hours and hours - really something should be done by hotel staff on this and guest should not be selfish . Rooms basic and carpet threadbare bathroom basic and dated this hotel is not 4 staff in uk but you are in poor country so it may be their 4 star for uk its 2 star locally a great position lots water sports, trips bars, restaurants etc to many good points to dismiss if you can cope with negatives then a good choice

If you are looking for 4* this is not the place, look somewhere else! We stayed on the 4th floor and many of times during our 7 night stay you could just smell smoke even though the rooms are non-smoking. The shower was grim, you couldn’t swing a cat in there, it was a running joke how many times we were going to bang our elbows whilst washing our hair. I don’t feel there was adequate ventilation which probably added to the black mould issue. Please don’t be fooled by TUIs pictures of the pool area! It’s small and some parts are shaded as the sun is moving so get up early to save your sun bed. We went 20th September so close to closing and there was days all the beds were taken so I dread to think what it’s like in the height of summer. The food was questionable, always cold or just warm which is worrying. We skipped breakfast and lunch starts at 12:00, we arrived at around 12:10 and food is cold. Staff weren’t exactly friendly, started to wear down the bartender during the week after a bit of killing with kindness. Limited entertainment in the evening and all inclusive stops at 22:00 (granted I should have done more research before booking but it was a late deal). Pros: good location, literally a stones throw and you’re on the beach. Also a 5/10 minute walk and you’re on Flower Street. After all this.. safe to say we should of gone to Turkey!
