A Great Place to Stay
This hotel is perfect if you are staying in Brugge with family or friends and is a great location. It is less than a five minute walk to the central square and is surrounded by lots of beautiful patisseries and restaurants (menus even for the fussiest of eaters). The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and staff were helpful throughout, a lovely lady at reception provided us with lots of recommendations of activities and attractions to visit. Our rooms were clean and spacious, towels and robes were provided for the Spa. The Spa consisted of a sauna, steam room and Himalayan Salt wall. The star of the show during our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast included Cava, tower of pastries, fresh meats and fruit. Also there was cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. We had a great time at the Dukes Hotel and is worth a visit when staying in Brugge
Very nice hotel!
Great service, reasonable rates, excellent housekeeping staff. Stayed in one of the family suites, which are charming and a bit funky, but work well for a family of four.Had an issue with the city tour that we set up and they took care of it very well. We would definitely stay there again in Bruges!
Rude and dismissive to my wife traveling alone.
My wife was told to move from shared outdoor patio table by management. Rude dismissive and sexist. Make way so man in room next door can smoke his cigar. Unbelievable. Will never ever visit this place again. Room 602. Lighted windows are her room. Apparently patio is only for men. Only a four star hotel for men. She had similar treatment in the restaurant bar. Avoid this place. Certainly don’t sit at the table outside your window.
